In fact, I have several folks who absolutely refuse to take particular HIV medicines because they cause this problem and the best medicines we have to control it do not work for them. Well if you have been on a couple of the current Protease Inhibitors (HIV medications) out there known for this problem you don’t have to ask! I have heard dozens of variations from my patients over the past few years of the humiliating event summed up so succinctly as “Oops, I Crapped My Pants”. So you may ask what is my connection with fecal incontinence. That is what I think made Seinfeld so good, those writers took simple everyday events most of us have had happen to us and had us rolling on the floor at the absurdity of it all. What often makes humor good is when there is recognition on the part of the viewer. The political incorrectness of satirizing an unfortunate physical condition, in this case fecal incontinence, aside, it was I thought quite funny in a very sick sort of way and something I could relate too personally. The product being promoted in the piece was a diaper named “Oops, I Crapped My Pants”. There was skit on Saturday Night Live a while back that in very biting fashion parodied a commercial for adult diapers. Parody on fertility drugs that's so funny because it's so true (even moreso after the Octomom). I'm glad someone else remembered 'Crystal Gravy', 'Cookie Dough Sport', 'Cluckin Chicken' and 'Yard-a-pult'. So, I'm sure I've missed your favorites, so why not tell me about it in the comments? I mean seriously, what a bad idea.wait a minute. No one in their right mind would wear something like that. The only thing bad about this is the fact that the jeans are just horrible looking. The Bassomatic isn't funny because it's clever or anything the Bassomatic is funny because Dan Akroyd puts a fish in a blender. I'm pretty sure this is probably not just a parody, but a glimpse into the future of the Black Eyed Peas. This is one of those "10 of 1" clips that polarize an audience. Short and to the point, the canvas they give the "not ready for prime time performers" is structured and finite, taking away the challenge of how to end them (an achilles heel for many of the skits). Though the quality of Saturday Night Live is slightly more erratic than a cocaine binge weekend, one thing that can usually be counted on are their commercial parodies. ![]()
